Noryx Systems protects the personal information you entrust to it, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian law.

What we collect
The business contact details you enter (first name, last name, clinic name, email, website or Instagram account, phone numbers), your answers to the form and the self-check, your consent choices, and limited technical data (submission time, browser type, campaign parameters such as utm_source). We never ask for health information or any information about your patients.
Why we use it
To carry out the audit you requested, send you the report and discuss it with you, protect the form against abuse, and measure how well our outreach works. If you separately agreed to it, to send you emails from Noryx Systems.
Consent
You consent to these uses by submitting the form and checking the required boxes. Consent to promotional emails is optional and is not needed to receive the audit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Who can access it and where it is stored
Only Noryx Systems can access your information. We use service providers to host and process it: Supabase (database hosted in Canada), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google (email notifications). Some of these providers may process information outside Quebec, including in the United States; we choose providers that offer adequate protection. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for 24 months after your last interaction with us, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source) are stored with your request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to mousavi.taha10@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security and incidents
We take reasonable measures to protect your information (restricted access, encrypted connections). If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
