These terms govern your use of this site and of the free response audit offered by Noryx Systems. By requesting the audit, you accept them on behalf of your clinic.
1. Who we are
Noryx Systems is a business operated by Taha Mousavi, 12840 Rue Berry, Montréal, Quebec H8Z 1N9. Email: mousavi.taha10@gmail.com.
2. The audit
The audit consists of sending your clinic test inquiries, the way a new patient would: one inquiry through your website form, one Instagram or Facebook message, and one phone call. We record response times and follow-up, then send you a one-page report, a walkthrough video of about 5 minutes and three recommendations. The 3-business-day turnaround is a target, not a guarantee.
3. Your authorization
You confirm you are authorized to request this audit on behalf of the clinic, and you authorize the test inquiries. They contain no real patient information. If a test inquiry leads to an appointment being offered, we decline or cancel it promptly so your calendar is not affected. You may choose whether or not to tell your team.
4. Free, no obligation
The audit is free. It creates no obligation to buy and no required sales call. Any later service would be covered by a separate agreement.
5. The report
The report is provided for your clinic’s internal use. We will never publish your clinic’s name or results without your written consent. We may use anonymized, aggregated findings that cannot identify your clinic.
6. Nature of the recommendations
Our findings and recommendations are for information only. They are not legal, medical or professional-ethics advice. Your clinic remains responsible for complying with its professional order’s rules and applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noryx Systems is not liable for decisions made based on the audit or for any resulting indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be excluded.
8. Personal information
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your request applies.
